Championship: Sheff Utd close gap to summit as Luton climb off bottom

Sheffield United and Luton Town were among the winners on Saturday, as there were developments at both ends of the Championship table.
Sheffield United closed the gap at the Championship summit to three points after a 2-1 victory over Queens Park Rangers.
After table-topping Leeds United were held to a 1-1 draw by West Bromwich Albion earlier on Saturday, the Blades took full advantage at Loftus Road.
Ben Brereton Diaz broke the deadlock when he headed home in the 10th minute, while Tyrese Campbell's stunning long-range strike doubled the lead just after the restart.
Michael Frey halved the deficit from the penalty spot in the 72nd minute, after Harrison Burrows was penalised for handball, but Chris Wilder's side held on to apply the pressure on Leeds.
Daniel Farke's side, meanwhile, saw their run of five successive victories ended by West Brom.
Junior Firpo nodded the hosts into a ninth-minute lead from Daniel James' cross at Elland Road, but Darnell Furlong's header before the break ensured a share of the spoils for the Baggies.
Meanwhile, Luton Town climbed off the bottom of the Championship table with a 1-0 victory over Portsmouth at Kenilworth Road.
Jordan Clark scored the only goal for Matt Bloomfield's side, who ended their desperate run of 12 matches without a win.
They were displaced at the foot of the table by Derby County, after the Rams were beaten 1-0 by Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.
Coventry City moved into the playoff places after edging out Oxford United 3-2 at the Kassam Stadium.
Frank Lampard's side were pegged back twice, but Tatsuhiro Sakamoto's decisive strike lifted the Sky Blues to fifth place after an eighth win in nine games.
Elsewhere, Andreas Weimann rescued a point for 10-man Blackburn Rovers in Valerien Ismael's first match in charge, which ended in a 1-1 draw with Norwich City at Ewood Park.
After second-half substitute Emmanuel Dennis was dismissed for a second bookable offence five minutes from time, Rovers fell behind in the 90th minute when Ante Crnac finished well first-time.
However, the hosts dug deep and, in the sixth minute of stoppage time, Weimann was on hand to snatch a dramatic equaliser that kept his side level on points with sixth-place West Brom, but outside the playoff places on goal difference.
