Stoke part company with head coach Pelach
Stoke City are looking for a new manager after the club parted company with head coach Narcis Pelach, who was in charge for just 19 games.
Stoke City have announced the departure of head coach Narcis Pelach after just three months in charge.
The Potters parted company with the Spaniard following Thursday's 2-0 defeat by Leeds United, which extended their winless streak to nine matches and left them just three points clear of the Championship relegation zone.
Pelach replaced Steven Schumacher in September, but could not improve Stoke's fortunes, overseeing just three victories in 19 games across all competitions.
"Narcís is a talented coach with huge potential," Potters sporting director Jon Walters said.
"He works relentlessly hard, and I have no doubt that he will go on to achieve success in the future.
"However, with the way results and performances have been in recent weeks, we have to accept with hindsight that he has proved not to be the right fit for this club at this time."
