Paris Saint-Germain's unbeaten start to the Ligue 1 season seemed in doubt at 2-1 down against Monaco, but Luis Enrique's side responded.

Ousmane Dembele struck twice as Paris Saint-Germain came from behind to beat Monaco 4-2 and move 10 points clear at the Ligue 1 summit.

It was a bittersweet night at Stade Louis II for Luis Enrique's side, though, with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma forced off in the 22nd minute with a gashed face following a collision with Wilfried Singo.

Despite losing Donnarumma, PSG broke through just two minutes later when Achraf Hakimi embarked on a surging run before cutting the ball back for Desire Doue to finish.

However, Eliesse Ben Seghir equalised from the penalty spot in the 52nd minute after Marquinhos was penalised for handball, while Breel Embolo completed the turnaround from Maghnes Akliouche's cross on the hour mark.

Monaco's joy was short-lived as Dembele levelled in the 64th minute and, three minutes after coming on, Goncalo Ramos powered home a header from Lee Kang-In's corner.

Dembele put the contest beyond doubt in the seventh minute of stoppage time, racing away on the counter before delicately lifting the ball over Monaco goalkeeper Philipp Kohn.

Data Debrief: Ramos makes immediate impact before Dembele late show

Unbeaten in their opening 16 games this season, PSG have now gone 32 away matches without defeat in Ligue 1, with only AC Milan (38 in 1991-1993) and Bayern Munich (33 in 2012-2014) enjoying longer such streaks in the big five European leagues.

Those streaks appeared in doubt at 2-1 down but, after Dembele equalised, Ramos took just three minutes and eight seconds to make it 3-2 with the second-fastest goal by a substitute in Ligue 1 this season after Lens' Angelo Fulgini against Marseille (two minutes, 51 seconds).

Dembele then sealed the points after 96 minutes in 41 seconds, the latest goal scored by a PSG player in Ligue 1 since at least the 2006-07 season.
